1. Who We Are

Sacred Numbers is published by Hamatory Entertainment under the Love & Illumination brand. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, you can reach us anytime at dion1ov@icloud.com.

2. What Data We Collect (and Where It Lives)

Data You Enter Into the App

When you use Sacred Numbers, you may provide:

• Date of birth — used to calculate your numerological profile, birth card, and life path number
• Your name — optional, used for personalization only
• Dream symbols — entries you log in the Dream Symbol section
• Reading history — a log of past number readings you've generated

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. It is never transmitted to our servers, never uploaded to the cloud, and never shared with anyone — including us. If you delete the app, this data is gone permanently.

Data We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not collect:

• We do not collect your location
• We do not collect your contacts
• We do not run analytics or track how you use the app
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
• We do not build a profile of you anywhere outside your device

3. Subscription Management (RevenueCat)

If you subscribe to Sacred Pro, your subscription is managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. We use a service called RevenueCat to verify and manage your subscription status.

RevenueCat receives:

• A non-identifiable purchase receipt from Apple
• Your subscription status (active, expired, etc.)

RevenueCat does not receive your name, date of birth, dream logs, or any personal content you've entered into Sacred Numbers. You can read RevenueCat's own privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Your payment information is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your credit card or billing details.

4. Third-Party Services Summary

That's the complete list. There are no analytics tools, no advertising SDKs, no social login providers, and no other third parties with access to your data.

5. Children's Privacy

Sacred Numbers is rated 17+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect any information from users under the age of 17. If you believe a minor has used the app and you have concerns, please contact us at dion1ov@icloud.com and we will address it promptly.

6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, we believe you should have full control over your data. Here's how those rights work in practice:

Access & Portability

All your data is already on your device — you have direct access to it at all times. There is nothing stored on our end to request.

Deletion

To delete all your Sacred Numbers data, simply delete the app from your device. This removes everything stored locally. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.

Correction

You can update your name or date of birth at any time in the app's Profile settings.

Opt-Out

Since we collect no personal data beyond what RevenueCat requires for subscription management, there is nothing meaningful to opt out of beyond canceling a Sacred Pro subscription (see Section 7).

GDPR (European Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland: the data you enter into Sacred Numbers is processed locally on your own device, and you retain full control over it at all times. Our legal basis for the RevenueCat integration is the performance of your subscription contract. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Since that data lives on your device, these rights are already fully in your hands.

CCPA (California Users)

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale — none of which require action beyond deleting the app, since your data never leaves your device in the first place.

7. Subscription Cancellation & Data

Canceling a Sacred Pro subscription does not delete any of your locally stored data. Your reading history, dream logs, and profile remain on your device until you choose to delete the app. To remove all data, delete Sacred Numbers from your device.

8. Data Security

Since your data never leaves your device, the security of your Sacred Numbers data depends primarily on the security of your phone itself. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using a screen lock.

We take reasonable measures to secure the subscription-related data that passes through RevenueCat, but the most sensitive information — your numerological profile and readings — never reaches an external server at all.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the effective date at the top and describe what changed. For significant changes, we may also notify you via an in-app message.

For minor clarifications or corrections, we'll update the document without a separate notification.
