1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sacred Numbers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. It's that simple.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hamatory Entertainment ("we," "us," "our") regarding your use of the Sacred Numbers mobile application ("the App").

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

Sacred Numbers is an entertainment application. The number readings, numerological profiles, cardology readings, lunar cycle interpretations, and dream symbol analyses provided by the App are based on spiritual and metaphysical traditions and are intended solely for entertainment, personal reflection, and inspiration.

You should not make financial decisions, gambling decisions, or any other significant life decisions based solely on the readings generated by this App. We make no representations that any numbers generated will result in lottery winnings or any other financial outcome.

By using Sacred Numbers, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so for entertainment purposes and that any actions you take based on App content are entirely your own responsibility.

3. Age Requirement

Sacred Numbers is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store. You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. If you are under 17, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

4. Sacred Pro Subscription

What's Included

Sacred Numbers offers a free tier with 3 readings per day. Sacred Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited daily readings, the ability to create and share reading cards, full reading history, and other premium features as described in the App.

Billing

Sacred Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. All billing, payment processing, and transaction records are managed by Apple. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions for App Store purchases.

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Auto-Renewal

Sacred Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Sacred Pro subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your Apple ID / name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Sacred Numbers and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.

Refund Policy

We follow Apple's standard refund policy. We do not offer refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all refund decisions at their sole discretion.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Sacred Numbers only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App or our systems
• Attempt to access features or functionality you have not paid for through unauthorized means
• Misrepresent your identity or age to use the App

6. Intellectual Property

Sacred Numbers, including its name, logo, design, content, numerological algorithms, cardology system, and all original text and graphics, is owned by Hamatory Entertainment and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Love & Illumination brand and associated marks are the property of Hamatory Entertainment.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sacred Numbers is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
• Any readings, numbers, or content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamatory Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

• Any financial losses from acting on App readings
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Personal injury

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Sacred Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hamatory Entertainment, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Changes to the App and These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the effective date above.

Your continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in California.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Hamatory Entertainment.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hamatory Entertainment regarding your use of Sacred Numbers and supersede any prior agreements.
